Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

Estimated delivery times are a guide only and do not constitute a guarantee. 

The shipping rates below are waived for orders of $150 of value or over.


In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Brewpub (Located at 26 Helen St, Teneriffe, 4005, QLD). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with collection instructions. 

Please note that in-store pickup orders will only be held for a maximum of 20 business days.

Our Brewpub operating hours can be found here. Please present your order confirmation email to our staff on arrival and they will retrieve your order. You may be asked to present valid I.D. to confirm your identity and that you are over the age of 18.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable time since receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@greenbeaconbrewingco.store with your name and order number, and we will investigate for you.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to liquor licensing requirements, the recipient of our goods must be over the age of 18 and show valid I.D. If the recipient is unable to show proof of age, their order will not be delivered and no refund will be issued.

As valid I.D. is required for delivery, both Authority to Leave services and delivery to P.O. Boxes are not available.
