This modern pale ale was made from freshly harvested Cascade, Willamette and Red Earth hop cones from our friends as Hilltop Hops Farm right here in Brisbane. These beauties went from bine to brewery in just a few hours, locking in all that hoppy goodness. Grassy aromas and juicy flavours of passion fruit, peach, and citrus rounded out with earth hints of spice and pine.
